Welcome to MathWiz ("the app", "the service"). Use of the app is subject to these terms of use. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

MathWiz is an educational app designed for practice and preparation for Bar-Ilan University's gifted youth math exam. The service includes practice questions, simulation exams, and progress tracking.

3. User accounts

Registration requires a valid email address. The parent is responsible for account activity and associated child profiles. Maintaining a strong password is the user's responsibility.

4. Payment and premium subscription

The free version includes limited access to content. A premium subscription provides full access to all content and tools. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase in accordance with consumer protection law.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the app, including questions, design, and code, is the property of MathWiz. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". MathWiz does not guarantee success on the exam and is not responsible for exam results. The app is a study and practice aid only.

7. Changes to terms

MathWiz reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-app notification or email.
