1. Introduction

MathWiz ("we") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information we collect

Parent information: email address, display name, account settings.

Child information: first name only (no last name), selected avatar, school (optional), and practice performance (answers, scores, times).

Technical information: general usage data to improve the service.

3. Use of information

Information is used solely for the following purposes: operating the service, tracking personal progress, adjusting difficulty levels, and displaying statistics to parents. We do not use information for advertising.

4. Protection of children's information

We take special care to protect children's information. Data is stored encrypted, accessible only to the authorized parent, and is not shared with third parties. Children cannot access any social network or communicate with other users.

5. Storage and security

Information is stored on secure Supabase servers with encryption. Access to data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) — each parent can only see their own children's data.

6. Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases: legal requirement, protection of our rights, or with explicit user consent.

7. User rights

Every user has the right to request: viewing of collected personal information, correction of incorrect data, and deletion of the account and all related data. Account deletion permanently removes all data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for session management. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
